Master craftsman Franco Mannucci founded Parchettificio Toscano in 1970. Now under the management of his sons, Toscano wood flooring uses the same time-tested techniques and finishes: Specialized options include naturalized, antiqued, and curved planks that are planed and brushed by hand.

A variety of hand-applied finishes are available, from oil to wax and lacquer. As inventors of new wood floors, many of their hand finishes are proprietary.
Various formats exist, but all are an engineered wood construction with a generous top layer. Patterned tiles can include materials such as oak, walnut, marble, brass, and even gold.
The installation method will depend on the style of flooring that is chosen.
